To All New, Present, & Future Members;
"The Dragon Kenpo Karate Consortium International does not issue Sokeship. Sokeship is issued by a Special
Board or Council of at least 3, 8th -10th Dan Grandmasters whom are at least Soke Shodai (1st Generation Soke of Their Own Martial
Arts Systems). They may also consist of Inheritor Soke of Present Established Martial Arts Styles!
The D.K.K.C.I. Only Issues Founder Certifications through the Black Dragon Clandestine Combatives Institute's Master,
Grandmaster, And Founder Councils.
The D.K.K.C.I. cannot recognize Founder / Soke Certificates because they are two seperate Sanctions.
All New and Present Founders whom
seek D.K.K.C.I. Founder Certification must present only the Founder Certificate and not a "Founder
/ Soke" Certificate for the reasons stated above.
The only exception to this rule is the Founder presents a ("Ninjitsu or Ninjutsu Organization Founder
Certificate")!
The D.K.K.C.I. is affiliated through the World Street Combat Systems Organization & World Nibuikai
Budo Federation; with the World Head Of Families Sokeship Council.
The Eagle Federation Sokeship Council represent our organization for the appointment of all D.K.K.C.I.
Founder Certifications. We recommend all of our New and Present Founders that meet Soke Shodai Qualifications to the
Eagle Federation Council Of Sokes and the Federation's Affiliate recognizing Sokeship organizations:
